An soundtrack for a generation, Respect became a declaration from a strong, confident woman, as potent in 1967 as it is today.
Our own Queens of Soul, Aaradhna, Annie Crummer, Bella Kalolo and Esther Stephens pay respect to Aretha’s call to action.
With a big band in tow, these powerful women reign supreme as they bring a mix of their own unique blend of funk, soul and original R&B along with a selection of Aretha’s classics.
Spanning genres and generations, RESPECT is a night of four soulful women sockin’ it to you on their terms.
